The conclusion of the APAC Predator League 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last January 12, 2025, saw two teams lift the Predator Shield: Alter Ego and Myth Avenue Gaming. The organizers also announced India as the host country for the tournament’s next iteration.
APAC Predator League 2025
The tournament featured two games, VALORANT and Dota 2. The Indonesian squad Alter Ego took down Philippines’ ZOL Esports in the grand final, 2-0. For their victory, they lifted the Predator Shield and took home $65,000 in prize money.

Cud, Ray4c, gotten, and ValdyN of Alter Ego also received additional prizes as they were named the Intel All-Star Team, alongside Team Secret’s invy. Cud was dubbed the Intel MVP.

Meanwhile, Malaysian squad Myth Avenue Gaming won the Dota 2 tournament. Buffed by the home crowd, they took down Indonesia’s Team Helios, 2-0. Like Alter Ego, MAG got to lift the Predator Shield and was awarded an identical cash prize.
Despite their loss, the full Team Helios squad composed the Dota 2 Allstar Team. Bob King of Myth Avenue Gaming was the Intel MVP.
The final weekend of APAC Predator League 2025 was graced by personalities such as Sandara Park and Minzy from K-pop group 2NE1, Malaysian stars Aina Abdul and Hael Husaini, and Filipino girl group G22.
India will host the next APAC Predator League

Acer India Office President and Managing Director, Harish Kohli, announced that they will host the next Predator League. This “[signals] its continued
commitment to nurturing the esports and PC gaming ecosystem,” according to Acer.
