Assassin’s Creed protagonists Ezio Auditore, Jacob Frye, and Fujibayashi Naoe from Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, and the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Shadows (releasing on March 20) join the deck of cards in Balatro.
In the latest free update, Balatro’s Friends of Jimbo 4, the assassins can now appear in your hands as the faces for the King of Spades (Ezio), Jack of Spades (Jacob), and Queen of Spades (Naoe). With the Friends of Jimbo collaborative content packs, players get the ability to customize their face cards with characters from all over the gaming industry. In this latest update, Assassin’s Creed is joined by characters from Slay the Princess, Bugsnax, Critical Role, Dead by Daylight, Fallout, Civilization VII, and Rust.
As the fourth update, there are now a total of 24 different series collaborating with Balatro, showing just how successful the solo-developed indie game has become to attract the attention of gaming giants. Each suit of cards now have six different series that can be set as skins, which offers players a very wide variety of cosmetic options, all for free.
Balatro’s Friends of Jimbo 4 update is now live and available for free for all players owning a copy of Balatro.
